Knit Eat Book is made by the organisers of the fabulous Knit Eat Festival in Lyon – unfortunately the festival couldn’t happen this year but the production of the book continued.

Knit Eat Book was born out of a desire to combine talents and know-how with the aim of transmitting this creative energy te. Knit Eat brings together a multitude of talents: they are knitting designers, cooking enthusiasts, photographers, graphic designers, or even singer-musician, bring together a very dynamic and diverse collection!

Colors and graphics are the starting point of the Knit Eat Book project. The collaboration with Monsieur Papier was obvious and we imagined a new way of guiding the creation of knitting patterns based on the charming and inspiring patterns of the graphic studio.

The result is a magical and coherent collection of knitting patterns which gives pride of place to the personality and style of each designer.

Each of the 13 knit designers has designed a pattern that reflects a motif created by Monsieur Papier.

Get your hands dirty: Knit Eat Book has put together a selection of original recipes from cooking enthusiasts to enable you to enjoy tasty sweets between a few stitches or rows. We also take you on a tour of one of the last wool spinning and dyeing factories still in operation in France in the heart of the Creuse, and discover the lovely place created by Monsieur Papier in Finistère.

Knit designers: Berangère Cailliau, Charlotte Sometime, Sari Nordlund, Guillemette Auboyer, Alice Hammer, Solène Amary, Emilie Luis, Emma Ducher, Melody Hoffmann, Aurélie Tixier, Astrid Troland, Solène Le Roux, Julie Dubreux.

In the book there are:

2 shawls, 1 hat, 1 plaid, 2 kitchen towels, 3 sweaters, 1 vest, 1 tank top, 1 top (sizes XS to 5XL)
