Fonty has great respect for the local environment employing people from the local area and ensuring that the  spinning and dyeing process having minimal impact on the environment.

Many of the yarns are natural shades and those that are dyed have a lovely deep colour as they are dyed in skeins ensuring that the dye is taken deep in to the yarn.
