This is a double gauze fabric from Japan. It’s made of two thin layers of cotton gauze which are tacked together with blind stitches. making a beautifully soft but durable fabric that becomes softer as it is washed and worm
It is great making for making almost anything from dresses and trousers to accessories and clothing for children
