Designed for delicates, and full of natural oils like lanolin to keep your items soft and static-free, Eucalan is completely free from bleach, phosphates, petro-chemicals and any synthetic dyes or fragrances. It is non-toxic, biodegradable and produced in recyclable bottles. Eucalan’s ‘no rinse’ formula means less water, less energy use and less ‘agitation’ – saving you money as well as protecting the environment and your laundry.
Choose from 5 scents:
Eucalyptus, which inhibits moths and other crawlies to protect natural fibres before storage (great for pets and their bedding – it inhibits fleas too!)
Lavender, which calms, relaxes and aids sleep, as well as having moth-inhibiting properties

This 500ml bottle of Eucalan is enough for approximately 95 handwashes (lanolin is even kind to your skin for handwashing)
Mary Ellen Edgar is the founder of Eucalan and her story is an inspiring one. Her venture into the world of alternative laundry products all started with a visit to a friend who gave her a home remedy for a no-rinse laundry product. Living in the country and accustomed to economizing with well water and a septic tank, Mrs. Edgar tested the formula herself and was amazed at the results; her husband’s wool sweater washed up beautifully.
The derivative of the company name, Eucalan, is the combination of two of the ingredients from the original product formula — eucalyptus and lanolin. The eucalyptus scented product is still available along with sweet-smelling lavender (which like eucalyptus has moth-inhibiting qualities) and grapefruit, which has natural disinfectant properties. There is also a non-scented option for people with scent sensitivities and the newest jasmine scented “Wrapture.”
