ikatee Brooklyn is a unisex baby jumpsuit borrowed from a workwear wardrobe , with a loose and straight fit, low shoulders and low crotch,shirt style yoke, partial front buttoning, optional inseam opening. 

Further options are Carpenter style pockets (rounded or not). 
Optional chest pocket. 
Optional waist casing. 
Without collar, simple collar or ruffle option. 

Optional ruffle at the pocket entrance. 

Sewing level: intermediate 

What you will practice with this sewing pattern: how to assemble a lined yoke, how to assemble a partial buttonhole, how to sew a classic collar or a ruffle collar, how to sew an outer casing.

Age range: 6, 12, 18, 24 months, 3, 4 years

Material suggestions:

  • woven: denim, chambray, corduroy, linen, twill, flannel, seersucker
  • knits: French terry, light fleece
