5 cm wide elastic tape. Length 60-65 cm. Measure the waist and add 3 cm (includes seam allowance to overlap)
Option: If you cannot find an elastic waistband that is exactly 5 cm wide you can use any width you prefer. But make sure to change the width of the fabric waistband to this formula; – The width of the elastic waistband x 2 + 2,5 cm.
