The book shows you how to sew all the projects on a regular sewing machine with an adjustable zigzag or stretch stitch. If you also have an overlocker or serger (not essential), you’ll also get a helpful introduction to threading it up perfectly, sewing seams and troubleshooting tips.

Tilly and the Buttons is a UK based company that makes easy-to-use sewing patterns and online workshops for the new wave of DIY dressmakers.

Tilly Walnes started with a blog more than seven years ago. In 2013 she started Tilly and the Buttons and hasn’t looked back since, from online workshops to writing a book, from taking part in “the Great British Sewing Bee” to teaching with Janome.
